The room was spacious, very bright and comfortanble. The hotel is well located with 2 metro nearby (less than 5 min walk). Also, many restaurants in the neighborhood.

The room was lovely, the bathroom too was perfect and both felt Mindoro, bright and very clean. I had a balcony too which was a great addition for me to sit out on. From the moment I arrived the staff were very helpful with all enquires. The Neomanga is perfectly situated with a small express carrefour and a metro station within 2 minutes walk. Would absolutely return when I come back to Madrid.

Hotel located in a nice area, at 1 mn from metro Manuel Becerra. Friendly staff and I got upgraded from a single to double room so was great. just a pity that wifi does not work well in the rooms located at the very end of the corridor. but still very good ratio price value as there was special offer when I booked for august. if pricing is good again, I will come back.

We arrived in Madrid really early in the morning and having asked would it be possible to check in at that hour, both rooms were ready. The staff could not have been nicer, or more helpful. The wifi was excellent. There was no safe in the room but they made one available to me, for no charge, in the luggage room. I didn't take breakfast but did buy teas and coffees in the bar. I would have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about muy stay but would caution that the rooms, and the beds, are VERY small! Thanks

It´s the second time I stay here. It´s very well located not in the middle of the confusion touristic area and very close to all the main touristic atractions and well served of restaurant neighbours. It´s a great hotel!

A good room with everything I need. Staff are really friendly and the room gets cleaned daily. Metro station is very close by and the city centre is a walkable distance (40 minutes) for a nice morning walk. Vanessa at reception is a star. God bless her.

The entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, ready assist at any request. The dining room staff also ready to serve, Marlieta, always ready with a big smile and a coffee. The room attendant, everyday, always had our room / bathroom in tip top shape. Thank you NeoMagna for a wonderful 10 day experience.

The rooms are clean large and functional, free WiFi, full breakfast, possibility for diner (for a reasonable price) and very friendly staff. The only thing we've missed is a safetybox. This hotel made our stay in Madrid complete. It's close to metrostation Manuel Becerra and it's within walking distance of the center of Madrid.

Accomadations and location is very nice. Just wish rooms had a safety deposit box and a small refrigerator to store water and chocolates :) Front desk and staff is excellent . very accomodating and helpful.
